What to expect
Start your day with an early morning yoga session in The Greatest Place to warm up the body and mind. Grab a cup of tea on your way to a musical meditation walk for a spiritual refresh. Then, return to the festival grounds and grab a bite from a delicious local food purveyor. Take a seat and invigorate your mind at one of the cutting-edge Speakeasy talks. In the late afternoon, join a heart-pounding HIIT session, take a Thai massage class or take flight in an aerial yoga hammock. As dusk falls, grab a pair of headphones and join others dancing to the beats of dueling live DJs at our signature silent disco. That’s just a sample of what’s awaiting you.
From intimate, advanced yoga classes taught by world-renowned instructors in The Lab, to the open air fitness studio where you’ll find your new favorite way to break a sweat to The Haven where you’ll wind down with revitalizing bodywork sessions—over the course of two days, Prospect Park will serve as your urban retreat. There are countless ways to discover your sense of adventure. How will you tap in to your true north?
