This is a 5K (+/-) your way, so don’t sweat it. Or do. Run or walk, prance or skip, stroll or strut—we don’t mind, just make it to the finish line.

75 minutes of yoga fueled by a DJ? That’s how we flow. Whether it’s your first or 500th time on your mat, you’ll find your rhythm.
Get your sit together. Our 25-minute guided meditation will clear your mind, relax your body, and complete the mindful triathlon.

Hop on your mat for a DJ-powered yoga flow class led by top instructors. Warning: dance parties may form.

12.30 – 13.30
Meditation: Triathlon Part 3
Meditation: Triathlon Part 3
Complete the mindful triathlon with 25 minutes of soul-reviving meditation led by world-renowned spiritual leaders.

14.00 – 18.00

We have everything from aerial yoga and AcroYoga to tarot readings and bodywork. Premium packages can sign up in advance and everyone else can drop in.
