Athletes Unleashed is proud to present the fourth annual Liberty Games on 28 March 2020. Our premier venue, the Buffalo Bills Field House, is an incredible setting for vendors, spectators, and especially our competitors.
All WODs will be published soon and the finals WODs will be released as we approach the game day.

TEAMS: 4 people, 2 men/2 women
$375/team includes a t-shirt/tank top if registered by 14 February 2020.

– Masters 40+ (all team members must be at least 40 years old)
– Masters 50+ (all team members must be at least 50 years old)
Each team will compete in 3 WODs. The top four teams from each division will advance to the finals. Scores will be zeroed out and teams will attack an elimination-style event.
1-Quad Killa’: Lightweight CLEANS followed by heavyweight POWER CLEANS. Do you have an engine? Rack up the cleans. Are you more of a powerhouse? Bang out the power cleans. Are you just a plain ol’ bad-ass? Crush both. Either way, max reps will carry the day.
2-Shoulder the Burdon: Combine the joy of a short sled push with the opportunity to smoke out your shoulders on a barbell. Good times are guaranteed. Teamwork and communication is the name of the game.
3-Accumulation: Just the name sounds bad (so fun). Accumulate some muscle ups/pull-ups/push-ups (based on division). Then sprint. Then accumulate some weighted jump rope reps. Sprint again. Then carry your teammate/sandbag (based on division). Sprint some more. Try and pull your shiznit together and accumulate some DU’s or burpees (based on division). Feeding the trees is optional. You’re welcome.
Finals: So freaking awesome As always the top 3-5 teams (based on division size) will make it into the finals for an elimination-style test of mental and physical toughness. Scores are wiped clean. We want to see who can win when it counts. No fancy movements, no tricks, just get ready to outwork the competition.

Masters 40+: Pull-ups, S2OH 155/1105, PC for reps 225/135, C for reps 95/65, KB snatch for reps and max weight, sprint, bar over burpees, weighted SU, DU, partner carry.
Scaled and Masters 50+: Push-Ups, S2OH 115/80, PC for reps 135/95, C for reps 80/55, KB snatch for reps and max weight, sprint, bar over burpees (stepping or jumping), weighted SU, DU, sandbag carry.
